Rachel joined Dwyer Durack's Family Law Department in December 2011.

Rachel works in Family Law, with a particular focus on complex cases, including complex children's cases, property settlements, company and entity restructuring pursuant to Family Court Orders and binding financial agreements.

Since 2009 Rachel has developed a specialist area of practice in Fertility Law, focusing specifically on Surrogacy Arrangements.  Rachel has advised a number of West Australian couples in relation to surrogacy and regularly presents seminars in relation to the subject.

Since 2006, Rachel has provided a pro bono service at a community legal centre on a monthly basis.  She also volunteers her time as an executive council member for the Family Law Practitioners' Association.

Rachel is an experienced sky diver and has collected a number of medals at State and National level.  She is also a scuba diving enthusiast.
