After graduating from the University of Notre Dame at the end of 2004, Stephen worked in the Litigation department of Butcher Paull & Calder Lawyers.

Stephen was admitted to practice in February 2006 and was admitted as a practitioner of the High Court in June 2006.

Stephen joined Dwyer Durack's General Litigation department in November 2008 and has practiced in all State and Federal Courts in both civil and criminal litigation with a particular focus on criminal law, workplace relations and commercial litigation.

Stephen has extensive advocacy experience representing client's in trials, sentencing, appeals and advising client's at all levels of criminal litigation, from minor offences to complex and high profile cases. Stephen regularly appears in Fair Work Australia, the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and practices predominantly in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia.
