Daniel joined Dwyer Durack in January 2008 as a Law Clerk in our Succession department.

He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in July 2009, completed the College of Law's Practical Legal Training Program in late 2009.  He was admitted to practice in Western Australia on 2 February 2010 and in all Federal courts on 19 February 2010.

Daniel primarily practises in the area of disputed deceased estates (including applications pursuant to the Inheritance Act) and has an interest in obscure points of law
